POP3 email download times

Hi, i was wondering does anyone know how to set a specific time for my pop3 account to start downloading my emails on WM6, as i download my emails once a day and would like to say when this is done ?

if you go to message settings for each account ... once you go thru all the options (next, next, next...) in the advance settings you can change the download kb mount to download and how often.

thanks duprade, i have seen that, but what i was trying to do is actually specify a time. for example i now have it set to download once a day but i want to be able to say download emails at 17:00..or something like that...

actually come to think of it, when i select once a day to download emails at what point in the day does it connect and download ?
