Thought this may be of interest.
HAVE YOU LOST YOUR HSDPA SIGNAL AND CAN ONLY GET 3G SIGNAL.
It turns out that if you want to take advantage of HSDPA connections, you MUST be on the "NEW WEB and WALK +"
The old standard web and walk has changed. The very helpful Jenna (who i always seem to get in touch with (weirdly) just informed me that they had far to many people taking advantage of HSDPA on the standard W+W.......
Solution= Charge the users an extra £5 and offer web and walk plus!!!!
I simply queried the loss of my HSDPA, and within 1 minute and a £5 a month loss it returned.
