Serious phone problem

hi,
Yesterday, when i was trying to make a call, i found that i can't hear the person who's on the other side but he can hear me.
the only way i can hear him is if i use the speaker or the headphones.
i really need some help from you ASAP.

(p.s. : i mde HR to the device but it didnt help...)

it's a comone probleam as it seen in veryte of probleams with the spekar my speaker stop working and i replace it and the probleam solved.
i'm a bit of drunk right now sorry for the mistax

I too had the same problem with my Rogers Touch. First the speaker was scratchy and would drop out some times. Went throught all the trouble shooting. Soft reset, hard reset. Then they had me install a new SIM and that finished of a slightly bad speaker. They sent me out a replacement over the weekend with another new SIM and it is working okay for now.
