help please with digital certificate

I can install a lot o soft on my 3600 because it say that can not install because soft is no digitally signed. What can i do please

please help i don´t no what do more i can install any soft. In s200 it says that soft isn´t cerificated but ask if i want to continue but in new 3600 it simple block.
