Cal+ & TaskPlus icons

For my new skin (http://www.focaldesign.be/xposed/Focaldesign2.jpg) I want to change the ugly calendar and task icon in my plugin screen (Cal+ and TaskPlus)... I can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find those icons so I can change them??

They're in the respective today-plugin dll's. You can edit them with a .dll editor e.g. Resource Hacker
