Incoming call cutoff

Hi,
I'm using Elf (Touch). Recently, I'm experiencing incoming call being cutoff after ringing just once. Sometime, when before I could touch on the "ans" button, it cuts off too. Anyone experience this as well? Any "cure" for this?
