Dash Conference Call Not working

In my Tmobile dash, unlocked, I cannot make a conference call. While in a call, I open the menu but there is no swap and conference is darkened and not available.
Is there anyway to get it working?

I have the same question... and I dont know how to use it either...

Is your dash unlocked? Did the conference menu ever worked? did you try to reset?

I think you either need to hold the call, dial the new number and then conference.

Hey, yep, i did the hold, made the other call, then conference worked fine to join the two.
