first Copy the SDConfig.txt and the Cabs Folder to the root of storage card and the JPG to Storage card too
Then flash

iFonz Version 0.9.4
Delete the shortcut on Windows/Startup
and put one other with Fexplorer
Then remove the selected start up with windows on options of ifonz
on the batery incon press and chouse - themes - load and chouse Prophet iPhone.iFonz
this file is in the folder of the rom. copy to the phone or storage card


PocketCM v20 with iPhone Skin
PocketCM keyboard with iPhone Skin
chouse iphone skin

QuickMenu
Chouse - replace system's start-menu
- "ok" key to close program
- short-press to close
- close active sync when disconnect


If you don't like the commManager that i have maded, the indigo CommManager.cab is on the same folder as the rom

ChangePPviaAS is also in there for changing the PP


The extended rom is visible and empty but you should unlock extended rom with the ShadoW_UnLock_ExtROM.zip exe included (put on where you see Windows folder and storage Folder and run the app)

i will post all the settings that we need to run the rom without slow things.

no camera because you can use the extended rom and is better to use cool camera ;)
after all installations we have 55.55Mb of free storage but also 9.86Mb of useble extended rom.

It just doesn't seem finished to me, it's not plug and play.
Al lot of shortcuts in ifonz dont work, i still have to manually edit them.
Though I know it's still a beta.

Oh yeah, and when I change a setting in iFonz, it gives me an error and quits automatically. Good luck with the rom but for nowI'm sticking with Korand 3.1 ^^

sometimes I have the same bug if I change a shortcut in iphone launcher but sometimes it works.
Opening windows folder is very very slow so it is horrible to customize the iphone app.
would be great if you could improve this!
and i would prefer to have the htc home app included to the rom.
i installed it as a cab and see that it is customized in iphone look yet. or was this my cab?

The problem with the iFonz error is because of installation with sdconfig methode.
i have tesded without including in the sdconfig methode and it doesnt guive any error.
so i have 2 versions of rom but without the iFonz included ;)
1- iProphet 1.0.0.1
and
2- shadow ce 2.0
but i prefer shadow ce 2.0 because i have removed some apps and i have no SDConfig but i have 67Mb of storage more 9.9Mb of iStorage useble and 27Mb of memory program with 6Mb of PP.
i have removed fexplorer and iexplorer all help files and camera ( let the camera dll files to use coolCamera )

I hask sould i post the 2 roms or you decides what rom you whant?

new version of iFonz is more fast and stable and more options, bug is gone also. if you whant to remove the bug now delete the iFonz shortcut from startup and them put one created by fexplorer and bug is gone :)

I have ran this system for a few weeks and it seems to get slower can you put an autoclose facility on it, also when canceling programs it cancels the ifonz system is there a way to stop that happening ???

Só uma questão!! Explica lá melhor a situação do "shortcut" para substituir. Essa parte não percebi. Tenho que instalar a rom e só depois é que procedo a essas alterações (vou à pasta windows/startup e apago o ficheiro e depois substituo pelo que está na rom ("Prophet iPhone.iFonz"). É isto??

do this,

it's hard to describe but i try

when i use this nice prog there are some kind of overlapping texts and theme elements and it's getting worst when i open contacts, notes or stuff like that...

this makes pocketCM hard to use... btw useless... i have no idea how to fix it. all i tried till now is to uninstall it and then install it again but that did not help.

hopefully someone can help me out or even confirm what i tried to explain

Go to options of PocketCM and choose iPhone theme than wait a little and close the app then when you open again everything works fine

After trying the rom for one day I post my experiences:
First of all: Thx for all your work maxniper, you deserve a lot of respect!! I like your work very much!!

But anyway the rom is not perfect yet...
Here are the bugs I recognized:

1. It still doesn't work to make a recall if I press the call button at the phone skin. So i have to go to the callist first.

2.I still have the error message sometimes but maybe this is because i dropt ifonz completely out of autostart

3. My prophet sometimes hangs up if i activate Wifi (radio rom 2.19.xx)

4. If i turn of phone funktion and try to turn it on again i sometimes need three or more attempts to get it started again (WM 6.1 problem)

5. S2P doesn't work at all, the device just hang up if i try to use it

6. Same problem with s2u2 as already mentioned, after flashing first time it starts there's an error

And last I have some meanings to tell.

iFonz slow in starting programs? or starting, period. If starting, you can turn off animation inside settings (slide from right to left). Well, maybe on yours. Mine, if I change any settings, iFonz crashes. Don't forget this is only v.94, not even v1 release (iFonz).

After trying the rom for one day I post my experiences:
First of all: Thx for all your work maxniper, you deserve a lot of respect!! I like your work very much!!

But anyway the rom is not perfect yet...
Here are the bugs I recognized:

1. It still doesn't work to make a recall if I press the call button at the phone skin. So i have to go to the callist first.

2.I still have the error message sometimes but maybe this is because i dropt ifonz completely out of autostart

3. My prophet sometimes hangs up if i activate Wifi (radio rom 2.19.xx)

4. If i turn of phone funktion and try to turn it on again i sometimes need three or more attempts to get it started again (WM 6.1 problem)

5. S2P doesn't work at all, the device just hang up if i try to use it

6. Same problem with s2u2 as already mentioned, after flashing first time it starts there's an error

And last I have some meanings to tell.

close ifonz and go again to Windows/startup and delete iFonz generated by iFonz app not yours if is there and thats it, no errors again ;)

The main problem is the BT connection. I connect the BT with my car's device everything works perfect but after some time comm manager fails and stop working so my BT is disconect. If i go into comm manager to switch on BT again my prophet is stuck so i have to restart it. (basically this is a WM6.1 problem) I hope you can find a solution to this problem and yes i have 2.19 radio rom.

With fexplorer press on the app till open the options window then you have an option called ( send shortcut to programs ) then you can access the program from start programs ;)

the version V1.1 comes mabe this week with all solved and the dial too ;)
if you slide the finger from top/down it goes down and you have today on screen but to pull up you have to install FtouchFlow 1.4.1 and on options down/up chose iFonz and you have what you want ;)

A (maybe dumb) question:

I tryied flashing using the G3.EXE as is and the result is the bootloader screen forever.
I then reflashed back with WM5.
Is it just enough to run the flashupdateutility with the Prophet_iPhone.nbf file ?

That's not the first time I flash my Prophet but I see here there's no step1 with WM5 and I tryied to flash over another WM6.

Maybe it was obvious that we have to apply a "step 1" from any other rom before proceeding with this one?

The dialer is not working good, when i dial a service like voicemail number with a menu i cannot use the dail pad is not responding when i chose like 2 for listining to the next voicemail then it does nothing.

also when i call a number i cannot call the same number after 1 call, to solve it i have to call another number and then call the number again. example dail number 1000 the first time goes ok, after dailing the same number 1000 no response from the dialer it doesnt dial, i have to dail different number and hang up and call 1000 again and it dials again.

It's a great image, works fine. I installed opera 9.4 and really enjoy surfing on the small screen.

ifonz kind of sucks with the ugly icons and slow startup of programs.

I'm going to try changing the page pool a bit and see if that speeds up a little


Also a little bug I think in Opera or Pocketcm, when I try to type in a username for a login input box in opera (with pocketcm), all characters get a prefix-space. So "bazzix" would become " b a z z i x". I'll notify the pocketcm developer as well.

Perhaps one small thing that could be optimized: a post install script that performs the actions that should be performed manually.

I don't quite understand this: " iFonz Version 0.9.4
Delete the shortcut on Windows/Startup
and put one other with Fexplorer
Then remove the selected start up with windows on options of ifonz
on the batery incon press and chouse - themes - load and chouse Prophet iPhone.iFonz
this file is in the folder of the rom. copy to the phone or storage card", could you explani it a bit more as I cannot open ifonz Setting, and the ifonz doesn't work at all?? Thanks for the lovely ROM.

I tried installing and it froze at the splash screen with a big blue fingerprint! I had to go into boot loader and reinstall the previous Rom.

the step of the jpg is only for the V1 not the V1.1 sory

to save the fotos on sdcard use the advancedconfig to chouse where you whant to save the fotos ;)

i wanted to upgrade to iphone 1.1 so i activated bootloader mode(by pressing COMM button and reset button), copied sdconfig.txt & cab folder to sdcard, then executed the iphone1.1 RUU.

the iphone1.1 RUU ran successfully to 100%, but after completing, my dopod is stuck at bootloader(tricolor screen).

i tried hardreset many times but no use.

finally gave up and changed back to transformer 1.1

My request:

someone please post a step by step guide on "how to upgrade to iphone 1.1 from transformer 1.1"

You need to flash soft/hard SPL to your device before running the RUU.

I tried your WM7_Styled_II rom. The rom installs but opens up with "You have tried 1 times. Please input unlock code". This phone is already unlocked. Also at times it tells me "Service provider is locked Please input unlock code". Even if I put the unlock code it goes back to this screen. Any one had this problem? Please help.

Hi guy i can't enev get it to work i have downloaded Ifonz and the Cab's on the first page on to my omnia wm6.1 with vodafone software but when i select the ifonz icon it says Microsoft frame work is too old to run it? What can i do? Thanks in advance.
