Compact V - New ROM problem

Hi,
last week I got my new VDA Cpmact V with the following ROM:
ROM-Version: 1.56.162.5
ROM-Datum: 09/04/07
Funkempfaenger: 1.27.12.11
Protokoll-Version: 22.45.88.07H

I am trying to install the orginal HTC-ROM KaiserHTC_GER_1.56.407.3Reconstructed, but I have no success.

I have read a lot of mail and so on, but I dos not work.

kaiser-HardSPL.exe does not work, I habe the "white screen problem" - so that I have tried JumpSPL1.56-KAIS which brings me in the tri-color-screen. But I start KaiserCustomRUU.exe -it sasys that active sync has to be active, this is not the case.

Please help.

I have also tried to install TomTom6, but I get always the info the TT6 is not working on this PPC. Perhaps the Vodafone-ROM is the reason.

Just No for so many reasons.

You appear to have found the threads and even read parts of them.

Go there and ask the question, don't start a new thread...
