Random Shut offs

Today I have tried about 3 different 6.1 Roms and I get the same thin, random shut offs. Never had this problems before. Any ideas?

I have tried all of the 6.1 and they seem to have that problem, it doesn't occur often maybe once a week or sometimes a bit more.

try reinstalling factory default and see what happens
