Can I mount a bigger memory size ROM in Trinity

As you know, the ROM and RAM size of Trinity are too small, I plan to replace it with a bigger memory size unit, however, I don't know how can I copy the OS from existing ROM in the new ROM. Does anyone try it before?

it's hard to understand if you mean to replace your device and get another with better spcs and reuse your rom

or if you mean to physically change chips inside your device

if former then no roms have to be spc made for devices to run

if later then those few who have managed to add mem chips to their devices
like the universal which had empty pads for such chips
is required to use a special hacked rom to work in the first place
