please help me my magaican wont work

I bought 2 magicans but one works fine the other wont torn on. But wen I conectet it on a charger it has started to boot, but for a few seconds then shotdown. I tryed hard reset and everything I could imagenen. When is conected to pc whit a usb cabel it dosent turn on.

Hi

According to my understanding, your rom is not working properly. Please download the fresh copy of WE_2.03 Rom and 1.3 Radio. Than attach your cell with your pc. Press soft reste button+camra button+long press reset button. This will tour your cell to usb mod (total black) than install 1.3 radio and after that, install 2.03 rom. In this way you can replace your old rom with brand new one. There is a lot of information on the bellow link how to replace your Rom

Thank you ali but the problem is that I can not enter the boot mode (usb mode). The problem is theat only on chrger the phone starts to boot. It wont boot when plugd in pc wia usb or on on batt power.
