Let me start off by saying, I had a problem but found a solution that might help you all.
My Tilt dumped all my outlook info, contacts, appointments, etc. "Windows Mobile Device Center" no longer showed the options to sync any outlook info.
I almost paniced, was about to "Hard Reset" (I'm used to this cause I try almost every app and ROM on this forum :)), but then I said "wait you idiot", cause thats what I call myself, "lets think of something else first, loading all those cabs is a pain!".
So I ended up removing the "Relationship" in WMDC, recreated it, and resynced, problem fixed.
