where must i put the plugin when i dload it

If this plugin is a cab file, you can put it in mydocument and then you can start it from you phone, use file explorer or resco explorer.

If this file is an exe you can installed it from your PC when you have sync connection with your phone.

For other programs (not plugins) the instalation process is the same.
