bsnl cellone gprs settings for Htc Gene(p3400) and(or) touch ?

please guys,i live in west zone and i'm not able to use the gprs sevice of my cell phone.
i've sent activation messages to bsnl but there was no response...
the only response i got from them was "request for gprs received".
and the fuckos at bsnl care don't know what the configuration is...
i've been trying to get the gprs activated for almost a month now...please help!!!
