Hi all
I know that there's millions of threads about this but believe me I've read them all and nothing seems to work for me.
I'm trying to upload a new room in my prophet but as soon as the mobile reboot nothing else happens. I've got a black screen and nothing else.
I've tried all the key combinations to reach the bootloader I even tried to run bootloader.exe directly from the mobile but nothing.
At this moment I'm pretty stuck with the room I've got and I really want to change it , any advice ?

I've tried:
camera+softreset
Commanager+softreset

in both cases I kept press the camera and commanager botton .

I've also tried other combination but without the behaviour expected.

Thanks in advance
Look forward your reply

All the best
Pedro

Turn the device on, whilst it is booting try holding the comm manager button and do a soft reset.

Try performing a hard reset (hold BOTH the camera and the comm manager buttons and soft reset), to see if you get text displayed. Don't bother actually doing one.

What ROM do you have at the moment? Have you tried unlocking (sim) your device? Have you used hardSPL or SoftSPL? What numbers are shown after the device boots up (red text in the top left of the screen)?

Iīm using Shadow_My_Edition_2_no_DualSIM.
I've used HardSPL
ipl 2.9.000.1
spl 2.g4.4pda
gsm 02.47.21
os 5.2.20.21

I've started facing this issue only after this room has been uploaded, other odd thing that my prophet is doing is that the prophet only reboot if it is connected to the usb port in my laptop or to the charger directly, otherwise it enters in a continuous reboot.

I'm trying to get rid of this room but I'm not able to ....

Hi
That was a great solution, fortunately I there was no need to get so far .
Guess what I've changed the USB cable and the flashing procedure went as expected.

Itīs kind of strange the behavior that my was getting but now I'm track again , ready to flash and test some rooms.

Thanks all for your replies.
