GPS problem

i have a problem with my GPS (kaiser).
when i open a program that uses the GPS it trys to connect with it but after some time i get the following warning:
"GPS problem - operation system error : serial port stuck in a system call"
after that the device is stuck and only SR helps.
i tried SR, HR, loading a backup.

thank you for your help

tried to flash radio - still same problem

problem solved - i've updated the radio version to - 1.64.08.21

I can understand how upsetting it may be to have your phone not function the way it should. If your issue with the GPS, cannot be resolved through basic troubleshooting, such as by hard reset and the clear storage option does not remove the issue,
