The HTC Graphic equalizer for WM5 works on XDA2i, I found it on the WM 5 stuff and tried it. For those that use the default Media Player 10 like me to listen to music but would like a meatier sound, this kicks in when the earphones a plugged in and works like a dream. Just install the cab and you should see equalizer in the windows directory. Just create a link to it by pasting a shortcut in the windows start menu programs directory using explorer and you are done. Enhances the listening experience tweak the sound to your liking or use one of the presets. Well it works for me anyway. Good luck.

I have an MDA Vario III and I can't get it to work despite following your instructions. Any hints? I can open the program fine, but it has no effect on the output of Media Player.

Should appear in Windows directory as equalizer.exe, it only operates when the headphones are plugged in, works great on my alpine.

This doesn't affect the output on my headphones a single bit
