I want to cook my own personal ROM

Who would be willing to help me cooking my own ROM with some programs that I particularly like, such as CoreMedia Player, HTC Home, Resco Explorer, SMS Bubbles and some other. I would also like to be able to translate them to spanish and french but I think that might be a job for titans.... Well anyway, if anybody would be so kind.

On step 12 of this tutorial when I write -nosplit, I get it's impossible to extract the image.
