few questions about my 6515

I bought a 6515 on ebay but it came in french, its actully a 6515g and none of the roms i downloaded will work with it. i tried an older one but it failed, the phone rebooted and went back into windows, it does the setup and after i get to the home screen it extracts all its file like it did when it was new. when i restarts again it goes to the bootloader screen and i dont kno how to exit this or bypass it..help please..?

last ive read around and seen a couple different methods to change the phone to english but it seem no matter what rom i run, NONE will recognized the 6515g model. any advice?
