Simple Rom

I'm searching for rom that don't have any programs and it's fast. I want to install my staff. I know about rom kitchen but I don't have any time. Can you help me please ? 10x in advance
P.S. And pls tell my how is my english because I'm learning for first year :)

I would personally recomend this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366313). It is a later version of the one above, and is faster.
