Upgrading my trinity to windows mobile 6

I have a htc p3600 with windows mobile 5 and i want upgrade him to windows mobile 6.... i hope someone have a manual step by step how to do it.... i prefere a portuguese manual, because my english is not very good...

If some portuguese guy can help to decide the best rom to my pda i appreciate...
