I have tried to create an OEM for the lates build of Google Maps and I get an error when running DCD's kitchen. I have narrowed it down to GoogleMaps OEM file I created. has anyone else made an OEM from GoogleMaps with the latest release that works? If so can you hook me up? Please!!:D

This isn't what you're asking for, but have you considered just putting the "latest and greatest" Google Maps .cab on your SD card and having it auto-install with the User Customization (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=366337) feature included in dcd's ROM?
OEMs are great for certain things, but OEMing a program like Maps can be problematic when a new version is released. For one thing, the files in an OEM cannot be modified or deleted. Depending on how the OEM is built, this may render you unable to update Google Maps on your phone without rebuilding the OEM and kitchen and reflashing the ROM.
Using UC is incredibly convenient. You put the latest Google Maps .cab in a folder on your SD card, and a SDConfig.txt in the root of your SD card containing something like this:
LOCK:Enabled
CAB: \Storage Card\CABs\GoogleMaps.CAB
LOCK:Disabled
RST: Reset
This way you can simply replace the .cab whenever Maps is updated, and the next time you flash a dcd kitchen, you'll always have the latest without having to make an OEM.

Good suggestion. I'll be using this method next time I flash.
