Ok, I was able to load 2.4. I had my usb cable connected from my laptop to my xv6800. For some reason this prevented it from rebooting. Once I was on the today screen I ran the 2.4 update and ran smoothly. I was able to put dcd's 2.3.2 and 3.27 radio and everything is fine. I'll atempt it again after clean up the hair I just pulled out. :)

I'm fairly new to this and maybe I should've waited a little bit longer before I tried dcd's 3.0 with the latest radio. Anyway here's my problem...
I can't get SPL 2.4 to load so the phone keeps rebooting. I've tried loading 2.4 through SD card and through RUU. Both times it says 100% successful but when I go into the bootloader screen on my phone it still says SPL-1.20.Olipro and phone keeps rebooting. I've tried putting vzw 2.09 rom on with an older radio and still can't get 2.4 to load or the phone to stop rebooting.
I'm on verizon.
