How to converting V FR to V ENG ?need help

please could you help, i want change my language from franche Version to English version' i just upgrading trough HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3 and i applied WM 6 "HTC_TyTN_FRA_3.54.256.2_103_6275_1.54.00.10_108_Sh ip.exe"

please how i can change my language OS ???

language is hardcoded in the rom
roms called FRA == french

roms called WWE == world wide english

find a WWE rom
