Anyone who could use Spb Pocket Plus or Skype on WM6.1 steady

I nearly tried nearly every WWE and CHS WM6.1 rom, and problem still.
After soft reset after installed the Spb Pocket Plus 4, my herm died on today screen, and softkeys shows "Call" and "Menu", and sometime without any problem of starting.
Had anyone the sample problem as me? Any sulotion?
For the Skype, could not use at all, after click Skype icon, waiting curser rotated and rotated, finally waiting curser disappear, nothing happend. Is there anyone who could help me?

Had similar problem with Skype, but Spb Pocket Plus 4 worked fine on ROM detailed below, though I continuously change things on my phone so I haven't got it installed at present.

there is incompatible between SPB & CHS system, when i use it, always hang, I give up already, now I using Resco Today.
I found Ce-Star is more easy hang.

I want to confirm that I did not have any problem with Skype and Pocket Plus 4 on my Faria R-3.2/Dr.P ROM WM 6.1.
