Well, since i got my first pda HTC Touch Cruise, i've been wondering that what kind of modifications do you have in such devices?

I have only two, TouchPad(finnish support) and opel theme on today screen.

Would you list here your mods/apps and how they affect?

I've been told that many of those other wm6 devices applications can run in my pda. Is that correct?

Is that ok to battery power end daily? I have to recharge it every day.

And remember, i don't understand all those fancy words which some of you use in this forum.

Well hi there, welcome to xda-developers!

Some of your questions are hard to answer. Mainly because they can have yes, no, or both as an answer.
WM is your operating system, and quite similar to the desktop Windows: an application for Windows will run on your PC, your moms PC, your dads PC and your friends PC; given the fact they all run Windows ;) The same applies to WM: you can install whatever runs on WM, unless it's very device specific. Lets say you won't be able to use the camera-driver of an Asus device on your HTC, but other than that: whats Windows Mobile, is Windows Mobile ;) Of course you may not be able to run version specific stuff either, but tell me what application out there made for Vista still supports Windows 95...? ;)

If it's your first PDA you probably play around with it all day long. Thus it's normal to have a more or less empty battery at the end of the day. General tips: Wireless LAN uses ALOT of energy, you may turn it off if you don't need it. Bluetooth consumes energy too, but less, Bluetooth was designed from ground up with limited battery power in mind. Watching videos uses a lot of energy too, and so does listening to audio. Having the screen on a high brightness level will diminish your battery live. Set it to the lowest comfortable level.

Your question regarding a list of all modifications/applications is, well, I gonna tell you something and you'll find the answer yourself: there are thousands of ten thousand mods and apps out there covering EVERY aspect of your life. A toilett timer, egg watch, biorhythm calculator, alarm clock, webbrowsers, audio and video players, a women's cycle timer, kamasutra programs, office programs, remote controls, even experimental alternative operating systems (Linux). The list has no end and grows every day, day by day...

I hope I could help. As for the software: browse the online catalogues, surf around in this and other forums and you'll find everything you need. If not, do not hesitate to ask, there's always someone knowing the answer!
