titan power save not working??

so i recently tired updating my harp-spl although it never seemed to actually work and the process never would complete, but i was able to get my pst numbers wrote down. i was stuck in bootloader mode but was able to get out of it by using...titan_exitbl.exe. that was when i tried to update with olipro 2.40. i have rom version 2.14.671.3, and radio version 1.40.00 i'm trying to do just a basic update of all system programs, new radio, rom and such. nothing facny. i am lost...please help!!

i didnt quite understand what u said but i something i can say is that olipro 2.40 works better for radio and rom with 3.xx versions.
