im stuck flashing xv6800

sprint rom installed ok....i then went straight to dcds 3.0.0 download when my phone rebooted to the tap on screen setup. i doubleclick dcds rom, but it un rars itself into a folder with about 10 files.....which one is then the executable? still stuck and wondering how to proceed

Yeah, that has nothing to do with something being wrong with the phone or rom...you just don't know how to flash and you shouldn't have without reading and doing research on how to actually do it.
