i jus uploaded the clean vista rom and its jus keeps restart from the beginning can someone help me wat to do to fix my phone!!

Your only option is a hard reset if it loops

Do u have an SD card? Try taking it out... and starting the phone

if that doesn't work, try reflashing the Rom, not hard resetting.
