okay this is a cool device. im 24 hours in with lots to learn. so far so good with vista but snapvue has me confused. how do i get my contacts into the windows moble section, thanks

If you have them in your outlook on vista side, you can establish a sync connection between vista and snapvue side and then synchronize them. The easiets current way is with usb.exe, see this thread:
