What's your opinion about Italian Post Office?

I do not remember that I got how many "friendly" clew from eBay,net,newspaper and TV, that do not ship any item to Italy. And last week, my dell latitud cpx series laptop battery was shut down,I need a replacement battery for my dell laptop battery urgently.In fact,finally I got it from http://www.my-batteries.net and paid it already.Now I got an email that they do not ship to Italy,and give me a full refund and say Sorry to me :cool:? Where I can purchase my dell 1691p laptop battery is ? I ask this question to many sellers on the net,Got one answer,most of the package was lost in Itlay due to the very bad Italian Post Office:
Why ??? Itlay is on the moon!!!!!
I an Italian citizen for fifteen years,here Italy gave birth to Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Caravaggio, Raffaello Sanzio, Enrico Fermi.now seems to be it is simply the worst place to live on the Earth, with the worst Post Office all over the world.
What's your opinion about Italian Post Office?

i live in italy two.
Yes, the italian postal office sucks, if you want to receive packages from out of italy specially china and HK.
they charge non existant custom fees for anything that arrives out of UE. i did pay 5.16 euro custom fee for an HTC usb to 3.5 adapter that costed 5 euro!

It is becoming a hard place to live in (Italy) indeed, let's say that everything I ordered from Ebay (no matter where it comes from) since last september and wasn't insured/tracked, just got "lost", I can only tell you that I've sued them.
One of my ideas is that Italians (we're talking about politicians here) where very tired of losing their "good reputation" on some other country's hands, so as the craddle of bureucratism and as the first corruption spreader, they've decided to do some serious changes about it, what We all are seeing is just one of the many ways these people are using.
Anybody who lives in Italy (wheter is italian or not), knows that this country MUST do something quickly (about a lot of things, not just the post), and I'll not say anything else.

i sent my ameo to italy for 260 quid.. sold it on ebay
and guess wht, never arrived
left me out of pocket
that solves it
