Network settings

Hi all,
Just got myself a HTC HYTN ( hermes 200) and going to install the HTC wm6 upgrade.

I am Looking at getting a dual sim adapter, and was wondering are the network sms, mms, etc settings saved on the sim itself or on the phone, is it possible to have two lots of settings

also any one have any recommendation on a dual sim adapter
