I know there is not yet such a way to flashing rom till today.
I have trying using both Vox (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=330909) and Excalibur (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=329605) USPL method to flash the rom. But is seems doesn't work.
Does anyone have any input with flash rom with Cavalier???

Breeze and Cavalier have the same chipset (qualcom/samsung chipset which is same as hermes as far as I know), you should try with breeze/hermes tools. Vox and Excalibur have TI Omap chipset and thats why it will not work on Cavalier.
Anyway, if you try breeze/hermes methods do it on your own risk, you could brick your device you know!
Do serch the site as there is somewhere a thread where people had changed radio rom on breeze with pof's patched radio, but I'm not sure that it will work.
Cheers and good luck.
