upgrade with Windows Server 2003?

I am sorry if this is covered somewhere else, but I searched and could not find a definite answer. Can you flash your Hermes using Windows Server 2003 or are there specific issues with this?

i'm running windows 2003 standard sp2, and there are no issues at all.
