mobile, mp3 speakers

Hi,

I'm intrested in buying speakers for my mobile, mp3player which I could buy in ebay..
I'm searching speakers for outside use (could be on battery or rechargable)
I also want them to have CLEAR LOUD BASS sound. (louder,better than any laptop).
The price can be upto from £1.oo to £4o.oo.
offcourse cheaper = better for me..
