u need to do hardspl 1st like the link alsufary gave u. read it & follow the instructions & choose your wm6.1 rom... geez guy.. old way is dead

first you should Hard SPL your device, So first Step is here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=350033)

now you should download the ROM you like and then follow the instructions of ROM upgrade utility.

so simple! :)
