card problem

good day guys. ive been having trouble with my sd card lately.. it seems i could no longer add any applications nor files in it yet there is still more than 700mb of free space.checked the slide toggle at the side and its not locked.everytime i add a program via activesync it says "check that the device is properly connected,that it has enough space and is not copyright protected" but nothing has been changed as far as i know. tried upgrading to the latest activesync to no avail.i noticed that this only happens when i insert my card in my device because i tried to put it in a cardreader and added some files up to its capacity and it worked. only problem is that it seems to be locked when i insert it to my device. i noticed this after i installed memmaid and sk tools. tried uninstalling them but the problem still persists.i even did a hard reset and installed all the applications but there it goes again,jammed at the 700mb mark.
could this be a registry problem caused by the tweaks of the applications mentioned?

my specs are as follows:
orange spv M1500 ppc2003 se + 2 gb sd card

If you have activestink problems, You can try easy sync (http://www.softsea.com/review/Easy-Sync.html) to synchronize data. Uninstalling activestink, the problem should still persists.
