Can't pair with a Parrot CK3000

I can't pair via bluetooth with a handsfree Parrot CK3000 rel 3.16. Could saomebody help or have the solution for it?

FIXED. reset CK3000 and it worked! problably I had more phones paired than this model allows (?).

Have you tried erasing all previous pairings from the ck3000, by pressing the red and green buttons in together and holding them in until the voice tells you erasing complete (takes a few seconds), This also removes any voice tags and previous paired phones etc as well from the ck3000.

FIXED. it is what I have done! reset CK3000 and it worked! problably I had more phones paired than this model allows (?).
