Customer called in today with a Kaiser. He says that the Mac his friend has has Office installed on it (For Mac) He gets the email attachment using Xpress Mail (client that comes preloaded in at&t phones) He gets the attachment but can't open it automatically. He has to save the attachement to his device, rename it to blahblahblah.doc and then it opens in POCKET WORD... is there a fix for this?
