Xda Atom bluetooth stack

does anyone know how to upgrade Atom bluetooth stack with non-default microsoft things, like widcomm maybe. i have searched other forum but nothings really works on my Atom, i need the other bluetooth services on my Atom

(i use jiggs wm6 rom)
