I usually succeed to tune, update and correct my pc alone by Reading The fucking Manual and the Forums. But now for a simple upgrade of my Trinity I fail. I'm becoming crazy. Then I call for your help, ans post to help others like me.

My HTC P3600 is :
hard rest the htc (bottom hole)
reset : boot screen gives M05 B05 D1.23
Sys info gives :
ROM ver : 1.23.406.2
ROM date : 12 march 2007
Radio ver : 1.38.00.11
Protocol ver : 32.71.7020.12H
Rom ext ver : 1.23.406.103

I Prepare by REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM HTC, AND START FROM NEW BASE.
- card removed
- reset from the parameter menu, with code 1234
- setup Active sync (no data, no agendq, no mails, etc etc, just the files are sync)
- sync
- remove battery, restart
- sync

1/ UPGRADE SPL
Enter manually bootloader to check :
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.20.Olipro
>>> so I already have the correct 'hArd-SPL'
Must have re,ained from all previous install test I did...
so reset (bottom hole)

2/ UPGRADE RADIO try 1
download http://colrou.free.fr/1.50.08.11.exe
manual enter bootloader (on+photo+reset hole)
get :
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.20.Olipro
plugin htc on usb cable (hear device connection, but active sync is not detecting any device itself)
run ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
Run again ruu : ERROR 260 : no connection

run ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
but stop on tricolor screen
TRIN100
IPL-SSPL by DES
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.ds
then ERROR 246 : DEVICE NOT RESPONDING ARG !!!

run again ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
but it stays sticked in bootloader screen and report ERROR 260 : no connection

2/ UPGRADE RADIO try 2
reboot
sync
run again ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
ok... ok ...
from 1.23.406.2 to "ROMBaker"
confirm install on the htc screen
goes stucked to bootload screen :
Go to tricolor screen
TRIN100
IPL-SSPL by DES
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.ds
then from RUU "ERROR 246 : DEVICE NOT RESPONDING"
run again ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
but still stalled in bootloader screen and ruu report : ERROR 260 : no connection

2/ UPGRADE RADIO try 3
install enterbootloader
remove usb from activesync config
run enterbootloader on htc
fet
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.20.Olipro
run ROMUpdateUTility (RUU 3.1.3.2)
but get ruu report : ERROR 260 : no connection

Me too I managed to upgrade to P3600 WM6 - ADW-edition - English RC-2 version but when I tried to upgrade to NEW PDAMobiz WM 6.1 Trinity or any other rom I could only managed to get to the Tri-color the phone hang at Tri Color spl by des and then connection is lost the Ruu updater could find connection to my d810 ..... I hope someone could tell me what is my problems.

Better to reflash original rom, i got hang once.... alway error 284 or 286.:mad::mad:
Then kept loading the original till it finally back to official rom...:)

Now dare not upgrade rom...:cool:

ok, just want to make it short: (P3600 user)
1. I have WM6.1 ROM (FleNover 3.3 Black edition) installed.
2. When I want to downgrade to WM6 official, after 20% it goes error.
3. Now, it only shows 3 colors.
4. Here is my PDA information in 3 colors:
TRIN100
IPL-1.00

TRIN100 MFG
SPL-1.30.Olipro
5. When I want to upgrade with WM6 official, after my PDA shows the progress bar, it restarted and the update screen shows Error 286.
6. How do I fix it?

Great site, made it all nice and easy for my first experience :o heh.

I will post guides later, but if you want a quick automated backup/restore you can use the following programs

* PIM backup (backup/restore SMS, MMS, e-mail, contacts, calendar, tasks, call history and more)
* Settings Saviour (backup/restore preferences, settings, auto install cab files & xml on restore)
