adding programs

Does anyone know a way if any to add cab files to dcd's 3.0.1 kitchen so they install with the phone? i would like to have winrar and such install with it so i dont have to reinstall the programs after a hard reset ect. so far the closest i got was to get the files to start up with the CU customizer thing but it wont install the cabs.

I searched for that but i couldn't find anything that was helpful.

I did manage to find a program after doing a bunch of Google searches. The roms flashing right now, i hope it works.
