Screen fades in to white

My screen fade in to white any ide what that happens or what i can do to orevent it from fading like that. or is it broken beyond repair

I to have now joined the white screen brigade! phone was working fine and suddenly started doing it. I have tried several WM6 roms since, and the same problem eventuates. I notice on first booting, that some of the details are at the top of the screen as well as the bottom (M.S.B etc instead of all at the bottom) Even the windows green screen has a thin band of bright green at the top which clearly belongs at the bottom, like some other complainants, I also find some of the fast key buttons (internet and mail) do not work. I took it to the service centre who will not do anything with it while it has WM6 in it (Jasjam have not realease that here). They want to revert it to WM5 (at my cost) and then try and repair, with no guarantee. Some deal huh. Any ideas, surely it cant just be the rom if the problem continues with additional roms, and can it really be just flex if the buttons stop working?

Damn...after all that typing I just found Alkizmos reply....thanks...I will go back to the repair shop i think!!:D
