Sycing with computer changes time on Tilt

What is going on here, ever since daylight savings time, even though the time on my computer is set to say 4:45pm everytime I sync my phone with computer it goes to 5:45pm on my phone, not sure what clock it is sycing and making the mistake with, can anyone help here?

download the patch from microsoft.com. Fixed syncing and other time issues.

it's a cab for your phone. you can DL a patch for your PC (if needed) from Microsoft website.
