yes it's big storage but not realy big because I've added some stuf :) but should be around 55MB.

in the picture there is an app that says "select to cabs to instal" I will add some cabs to the extrom like the iPhone theme will not be instaled by default. but can be installed with that cab instaler by Tier

First thoughts: This ROM starts up incredibly quickly although throttle launcher takes some time to initialize.

Edit2: Throttle launchers today plugin is not working for me...

On the settings tab of the today screen, the "exclamation mark" button can't find "suspend.lnk" What I presume to be a reset button to the left of that causes my device to do absolutely nothing...
The S2P preinstalled is v0.31 as opposed to later versions.
The 'video call' icon in the phone is just a call button. Could the image be replaced?
There is no shortcut to S2P in Programs or media so it can only be accessed through the today plugin.
Thumbcal (mapped to the left soft key) cannot be opened...
In Throttle Launcher, the background changes to black when i move along the lists, and then reverts to it's original colour. This takes time and gets a bit annoying.
The task manager covers up the volume display, so it is hard to tell whether the device is silent or not.

1. my fault suspend.lnk is supose to turn of screen but I don't use quick menu so it links to nothing ups.
2. S2P v0.32 is just an update from 31 to make S2P work on badly cooked rom.
3. is on purpose in theory we can't make video cals so I just chanfed the image.
4. I'll add a link to programs right now
5. stupid error inside inside link spelled tump fixed also.
6. this can be changed inside the config.xml but prophets cpu is slow therefore I don't use truetranspanancy
7. this can be changed by going to settings. tap the arrow.. press the task looking icon beside the ? now you can edit the look and what you want pbar to do

Calculator skins are not present...
Adobe reader link doesn't work. (file not found error)
HTC album is the wrong way round in my opinion. (maybe it can't be changed?)
Recorder.exe can't be opened (Programs->media->recorder)

I put cal.exe and SPBcal_P to extrom but image path is hardcoded to windows.
with tier instaler did you use a cab that needs user input? then it wan't reset.

it's not the fixed yet I'll upload the fixed later today I need some more testing by you guys to see if it has more probs. if I don't more bug reports soon I'll asume they are all reported in a few hours.

The ROM (in a beta state) is on skyn3ts ftp. The bugs are mostly discovered, and I'm sure Gullum will fix them. But you can flash this if you really want!

The throttle is fully customizeable and it's still being devoloped by APBilbo
I have 5 differant setups for the today plug in the final rom.
1 smal htc and 1 smal Vista the a big version full screen of them bouth and finaly there is a iPhone skin all my setups will be uploaded to http://www.throttlelauncher.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6 later this week.

there is also a guide on that site to help make your own skins.
I'm using the Alpha 0.8 with an updated liberary.dll

Throttle might not be as fast as the htc home plug but it's not limeted like htc and with my setup I have no longer have any need for Action screen or the Cube, because throttle can do all that the htc apps do and way more. thats about 10 mb space I saved.

it's got 50.67 mb free storrage and 25.74 mb free program.

but I plan to make an updated version later that has office on extrom too. I have tried and everything is running only prob is word can't save. so when I've figgured that out there will be even more free space :D
