Flashed a ROM that didn't fully remove Sprint's Customization app, and my entire EPST setting have been changed.
I'm wondering if someone with TELUS can help me restore my settings. Specifically, what is the NAM name, and under M.IP Default Profile, what is the login structure? (e.g. is it the ESN in HEX@1X.TELUSMOBILITY.COM?)

It looks like there is a similar discussion over at PPCGeeks, and the solution included flashing the stock TELUS ROM. Does anyone have an archive of it? The HTC Support site doesnt seem to have it at the moment.
