IPL Help.. any guru's around?

So, I'm not sure of what the previous owner did to this phone.. when it boots it's bricked.. It goes to a T-Mobile screen

Have to flash the Wizard love rom or Tmobile 226 rom. Look up the upgrading thread: the definitive guide to unlocking and upgrading By Dr Puttingham
