help needed auto speaker mode

Please help me with my Kaiser..
After installing many softwares on my Kaiser...I have a problem..
When I make an outgoing call to somebody,and the other part(the person being called) answers the call;my Kaiser automatically enters in speaker mode and everybody around me is listening to my call..I have to manually put it in normal call mode(handset)
Anyone knows the registry tweak to make it normally again?

I have installed over 100 softwares,but I suspect TME(http://www.turboirc.com/ppc)
I played with Sktools and Kaiser Tweak,also
I have a Dutty Light ROM,but this problem appeared recently
When somebody calls me,then all is fine(through handset speaker)
