After uninstall a software, a program keep runing. How to check and remove it ?

I am a kinda of newbie.
I can't see it in \Windows\Startup.
I can't see it in all Task Manager softwares.

It's Smart Organizer v1.0 very bad program.

Solved: I found that they are on Notification queue. Notification can change title and message.
